Zoho Inventory Talks to Siri, and Zoho Creator Gets Easier to Maintain

Your weekly briefing on the Zoho updates that actually matter for running your business.

Camarès Zoho Updates · Week of Sept. 13-20, 2026

We checked release notes and community feeds across the full Zoho One roster — Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Service, BI, Projects, developer tools and security — and found six items worth a look this week: two confirmed updates in Zoho Inventory and Zoho Creator, plus four smaller items worth keeping up with.

Zoho Inventory: Now Talks to Siri

Published Sept. 14, 2026

Zoho Inventory added support for Apple’s newest software (iOS 27, iPadOS 27 and macOS). Staff can now use Siri to create or approve a transaction by voice, and the camera recognizes items as they’re scanned instead of requiring a manual lookup.

Why it matters: If your team manages inventory or receiving on an iPhone or iPad, this cuts real time off manual data entry on the warehouse floor. The catch: the benefit only shows up on newer Apple devices, so it won’t help yet if your team is running older hardware.

Zoho Creator: Fewer Headaches Keeping Custom Tools Running

Published Sept. 18, 2026

Zoho’s developer platform made it possible to update the credentials a custom-built connector uses without tearing the connector down and rebuilding it. Creator also now supports three more languages: Hebrew, Russian and Turkish.

Why it matters: If we’ve built you a custom tool or automation on Zoho’s platform, this means routine maintenance — like rotating a password or API key — is faster and less disruptive than it used to be. The added languages help if your team includes non-English speakers.

Four More Updates Worth Keeping Up With

These four are smaller, but worth knowing about:

Zoho Vault added a recovery key, so an employee who forgets their master password can reset it without losing every password stored inside. Worth turning on if your team keeps shared logins in Vault.

Zoho Directory added four new field types for employee profiles, including custom dates and multi-select lists. Small, but useful if Directory is your source of truth for staff data.

Zoho DataPrep now lets large data imports resume automatically if they’re interrupted, instead of starting over. One less thing for whoever handles your data cleanup to babysit.

Zoho Lens, Zoho’s remote-support tool, is now listed on the RealWear smart-glasses marketplace. Relevant mainly if your field team already uses that hardware.

Nothing on the Deadline Clock This Week

None of this week’s updates carry a mandatory migration or retirement deadline. Everything above is available now, and none of it requires you to act by a certain date.
