We are an Agile implementation shop and, we were one of the originators of applying Agile methodology to marketing — measuring marketing results and make course corrections for maximum marketing ROI.
I founded my company back in 1982. I was a young feminist. As with all new companies it had to have a name. Elfriede de Masars-Camarès was a countess of French Huguenot descent who lived in Germany in the early 1900’s. She was also my great-grandmother. She may have had a blue-blood title but she had no money to go with it. She did have, by all accounts, a big personality and a very strong will. She carried herself with style. To solve the money problem, she hustled — selling many things door-to-door to the women who ran the homes behind each door she knocked on. Among the products she sold were contraceptives. I named my firm in honor of her. And like Elfriede, we are innovative, persistent and unflinchingly honest. Proud of our heritage and deeply proud of our work, the Camarès team lives up to her example every day.
